Moving inwards the Cherubim guard sacred places. Oxen represents the twelve tribes of Israel while the baptismal font rests upon their backs. The menorah symbolises the true source of spiritual light and the Tree of Life. The veil is a divider separating common areas from the holy. The sun represents the celestial place where we can live forever with our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.
